Payment Terms
To confirm a booking, a minimum deposit of 25% of the total package value is required. The balance payment must be cleared at least 15 days prior to the travel date.
Refund & Cancellation
Refunds are calculated based on the number of days before the scheduled departure that the cancellation notice is received:

| 30+ Days | 90% Refund |
| 15 - 30 Days | 50% Refund |
| 7 - 14 Days | 25% Refund |
| Less than 7 Days | No Refund |
Special Conditions
Flight tickets, high-season hotel bookings, and specific event tickets are often non-refundable. These will be highlighted during the selection process.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment source.
